I grew up in a multicultural family where I observed how my mother regularly hosted people. It was an integral part of our life. There were always relatives visiting from abroad, family friends staying over, and of course, plenty of shared meals and long dinners.
When I moved abroad at a young age, I recreated that environment for myself, and cooking became my way of making people feel welcome and cared for, but also a way of expressing everything that inspired me while traveling and living in different countries, as well as my artistic side. The idea of starting a business beyond food came naturally, as I tend to notice and perceive the potential of places and events, and my imagination is sparked by random moments from the past, my travels, or films.
Over the years, I especially started taking inspiration from my favorite restaurants, cafés, events, and simple moments around the world. I fall in love with details. A bathroom decorated with roses and lit by old candles, old French chansons playing on an antique radio, scents I discovered in boutique hotels, cocktails inspired by exquisite perfumes, and dining spaces set up in whimsical greenhouses.
Hosting my first dinner parties and events became my way of storytelling. Every menu, playlist, and little detail reflects a place, a memory, or a moment that stayed with me. I love creating experiences that make people feel transported somewhere else, even if just for one evening. Making guests feel comfortable, inspired, and genuinely taken care of brings me so much joy. I still have so many stories to tell, and this continues to be my favorite way of telling them.
